We purchased this lovely piece a land a while back. It is a nice piece of property at the top of the hill over looking the valley and Spirit Mountain. This property is near the Spirit Mountain Casino and is about twenty minutes from the beaches in Lincoln City, Oregon. The pictures above are the "view" from the uppermost portion of the property. The view is of Spirit Mountain.
Building information: When we purchased this property, we received documentation that this property was "splitable" and we had prior approval for septic. Electricity (power is available at the road), about seven-hundred feet. A soil sample was done to show that this farmland is buildable.
